This November, we hosted our portfolio companies in the historic city of Vienna for a day filled with insightful ideas, brilliant minds, and meaningful connections. We created a platform where our portfolio companies, investor network, and the Raiffeisen family came together to foster collaboration and unlock new synergies.

"Speed Dating" with Advisory Board
The workshops were followed by an exclusive opportunity for our portfolio companies to engage directly with our Advisory Board, consisting of Susanne Chishti, Joerg Floeck, Christoph Haimberger, and Russell E Perry.
The Advisory Board extends our industry knowledge and networks, providing unparalleled insights into emerging market and technology trends. With their diverse expertise in fields such as fintech, innovation, and corporate strategy, the board offers strategic guidance on the EV II Fund’s direction.
Designed as an interactive “speed dating” session, this format allowed each portfolio company to introduce itself, present its business challenges, and receive tailored advice in a focused, one-on-one setting. Founders engaged with the Advisory Board Members on topics such as industry trends, business models, and strategies. This session was about expanding viewpoints and building relationships that could lead to future opportunities.
An Evening of Networking and Inspiration
In the evening, we hosted a grand reception at the iconic Austrian National Library, a setting that perfectly reflected the spirit of innovation and legacy. Bringing together over 100 participants—including our portfolio companies, investor network, and Raiffeisen friends—the event fostered a vibrant atmosphere of connection and collaboration.
The event started with an inspiring moment by Johann Strobl, CEO of Raiffeisen Bank International. His speech underscored the pivotal role of innovation in shaping the future of society and the economy, setting an optimistic and forward-looking tone for the night.
The reception created a strong platform for portfolio companies to interact with industry leaders, investors, and fellow entrepreneurs, exchanging ideas and exploring new opportunities for collaboration. Attendees had the chance to network in a relaxed yet dynamic environment, forging meaningful relationships that could elevate their businesses’ growth.
The highlight of the evening was the series of presentations by our portfolio companies, who shared their vision, passion, and groundbreaking innovations with our VC & tech network, Raiffeisen leaders, and our LPs from RBI, Raiffeisen-Holding Niederösterreich-Wien, and Raiffeisen-Landesbank Steiermark. Their energy and creativity sparked discussions and inspired new ideas, fostering a deeper understanding of their impact on the industry and society.
